  1. Use mixer to blend together all ingredients except German chocolate and chocolate chips.
  2. Fold in grated German chocolate
  3. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. (Pam baking spray works well.)
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
  6. Allow to cool thoroughly before removing from pan.
